What - no sourdough recipes?  Please wait - don't go - I can explain. This page is for recipes I consider to be classic, almost forgotten in their time honored glory, recipes. Recipes that are rarely made any longer, and when they are, they just aren't the same as they used to be, or should be. In many cases, you'll be sure you know how to prepare these recipes. And in many cases, you'd be wrong. So... please click away, print away, and try the recipes. And let me know what you think.

With these recipes, measurement is not as critical as with making bread, so I am not converting the recipes to weight and grams.  It just isn't really needed, OK?
