English Muffin Recipe Test

We LOVE English Muffins around here. We eat them far more often than we should. And our favorite kind are Sourdough English Muffins. (Well, that was a surprise, wasn't it?)

So, we want to find the very best recipe. And we're chompin' at the bit to get started. But before we get into the testing of the English Muffin recipes, we are testing flour. So we can start the recipe testing with a flour that will give us the kind of English Muffins we're interested in. Big holes. Gangbusters taste. And an ability to absorb 23 times their weight in butter. With a great color and crust.
