Mike's Bread (Cookbook) Shoppe

A quick note - in the past we sold hard to find ingredients and an assortment of tools we really liked. This was more as a convenience for our readers who might have trouble finding things they need where they live. We've lived in small towns, and prefer to do so, but we also know that it can be hard to find some tools or ingredients - we have felt your pain! However, after our move we just haven't had the time or energy to continue to sell anything but our cookbooks. If you are having trouble finding a special ingredient or tool, check with Google, if that doesn't work, drop us an email.

ABOUT SHIPPING - We're a small "mom and pop" part time business. We all have day jobs. So, we try REALLY hard to get your order out the day we receive it, but it is more reasonable to hope we'll get it out within two business days. Sending out orders isn't an automatic process. Your electronic books will be emailed to you. Orders that involve shipping physical items may take an additional day as they all require a trip to the post office.

Our cookbooks are an outgrowth of the baking classes we teach. As a result, the cookbooks have been battle tested and proven. In 5 years of teaching our baking classes, we are delighted (and a bit surprised) to say that we have a 100% success rate with our students - all our students have taken home breads they, and we, are happy with! We think our cookbooks are the next best thing to having Mike take you by the hand and help you!

A Note To Our International Customers - the PayPal shopping cart we are using will not calculate international shipping costs. If you would like to buy any of our merchandise other than the emailed cookbooks, and you do not live in the United States of America, please drop us an email through our "Contact Us" page, asking for a quote. Just send us a list of the items you want and your mailing address. We will quickly send you a PayPal invoice or "request for money".

We greatly regret this inconvenience and are trying to find ways around it. However, we lost money on all our international sales until we started handling international sales differently from domestic ones, and the recent shipping cost hikes have only made matters worse.

Our Limited Lifetime Subscription - Many people ask us what we mean by our "limited lifetime subscription." This subscription will entitle you to any and all updates we make to the book(s) you are subscribed to as long as we continue to update the books. We do not guarantee that there will be updates to the books, just that you will receive them if you fulfill the terms of the limited lifetime subscription. If either you or we die, that is an obvious end to the subscription. We will not assign the subscription to your heirs and assigns, and cannot guarantee that our heirs will continue this venture. If, for any reason, you do not keep us updated as to your email address, we cannot maintain your subscription. If you let us know about any changes to your email address before your old email address is cancelled, we will gladly change your email address in our records at no charge. However, if your subscription is cancelled because your email address changed, you did not notify us that your address had changed, and our email server dropped your old address, we will reinstate your subscriptions for a $5.00 fee.
