Mike's Bread Blog - 2004

A quick note... in 2004 I was starting and running a bakery. The blog suffered. Sadly, the bakery did everything well... except make money. So, 2004 is pretty sparse on the blog.

August 28, 2004 - Yes, we are still here, and we are still answering our emails. However, we are not doing so as quickly as before. Somehow, putting in 14 to 20 hours a day in at the bakery we are starting cuts down on my time to update this web page or to answer emails. So, if you sent me an email, you will get an answer. Someday. If you ordered a cookbook from us, you'll get it. Just not within hours.
