How about some gluten-free sourdough recipes?

This page is new, and we haven't had time to test these recipes yet. However, there are recipes at both Bob's Red Mill site and the Red Star Yeast site. (Is it something about the color?)

The Red Star Yeast site has three recipes. The first is for a Celiac Sourdough Starter. I have reservations about this since it calls for bakers yeast, but what do I expect from the Red Star Yeast site? The second recipe is for a "Celiac Sourdough Rye Bread." The recipe does not use rye flour. The last recipe is a Celiac Sourdough White bread, which contains no wheat flour.

Bob's Red Mill has one recipe for "Celiac Sourdough Bread," which requires the use of some of Bob's Red Mill products.

If you have additional recipes, pointers, tips, or techniques, please share them with me at Gluten Free Recipes.
