In a college biology class, I was absolutely stunned by the number of ways that the human body can malfunction. It's a wonder that any seemingly healthy children are born. It should be no surprise that there are many reasons a person can have similar symptoms. Cutting wheat and/or gluten out of your diet is not an easy endeavor, which is required by these problems. And which will not help other conditions. The best, and only, way to tell if you have these conditions is to talk to your health care professional. As the old saying goes, "A man who is his own doctor has a fool for a patient." |
